Arrival and Departure Times
Your accommodation will be available from Midday on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your rooms by 11am on the day of departure.
Programme
The times and details of the Workshops and entertainment will be outlined in the programme which you will receive with your keys, there will also be staff on hand in reception to help you with any queries.
Note:
First Workshops will start from 11am on Saturday Morning, advise a 3 night stay if you do not want to miss any of the workshops.
Weekend Pass:
Allows access to all Workshops, Shows and Party Nights.
Day Pass:
Allows access to one days Workshop, Shows and Party Night.
Evening Meals:
Mambo City have arranged for the hotel to provide evening meals which can be booked on arrival, this will cost £15 per person, per sitting.
Should you not wish to take up the offer of dinning at the Hotel, there are local area eating facilities:
- The Pheasant, local pub / restaurant, 5 minutes walk.
- Hayes Tandoori, Nepalese Cuisine, 5 minutes drive
- Sung, Chinese, 10 minutes drive
- Osterley Cottage, Chinese, 10 minutes drive
- Anticos, Italian, 20 minutes drive
- Macdonalds, next door to the Hotel
Parking:
Car Parking is complimentary, if you are staying at the Hotel, please note if you purchase a weekend/day pass and are not staying at the Hotel, car parking is not free.
Party Night Tickets:
We have a limit on the amount of non residents we can allow to attend this event, Party Night tickets "May not be available".
Cancellation Penalties:
Please note that cancellation penalties will be incurred should you wish to cancel your booking, We recommend that you take up insurance to cover your own cancellation as without it, you may result in a loss of monies paid.
Performers/Instructors Cancellation:
All advertise Performers/Instructors have been confirmed prior to publishing all promotional material, MamboCity cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation by any of the advertised personnel.
Price Promise
The prices shown are guaranteed and is also inclusive of VAT @ the current rate of 17.5%. The price of your Weekend will be that shown on the confirmation for your party, plus any accommodation supplements. Only governmental action (e.g. an increase in the rate of VAT) can change this promise.
